I just recently started offering machine calligraphy & needed to show a difference in the price, it almost takes as long to layout each envelope since each line is done individually. However the main reason is afford ability, this is a brides special day & it should be elegant & wonderful. | 7 days per 100 Invitations for Handwritten Invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. For Summer or Holiday weddings, 8 weeks. For Destination weddings, where guests are required to travel 2-3 months to allow ample time for travel arrangements. If you sent Save-the-Dates 6 weeks prior is fine. PLEASE DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE. See Etiquette for more information |

| Atleast 5 EXTRA Invitations per 100 These extras are needed for human error on both parties behalf. It is best to purchase 25 extra envelopes in your original invitation order. Purchases made after the original order are viewed as a "new" order and cost a substantial amount more. Extras will cover wrong address', additions to your guest list & mistakes. Try to avoid: Heavily textured paper, Glossy paper, dark colored paper, raw/handmade paper, some vellum. I will try to work with these type papers but it may require an additional charge. No Handwritten Calligraphy Available on Shiny Paper/Envelopes ~Ink won't dry. HANDWRITTEN pricing is for BLACK ink. (Black is etiquette) Handwritten is only available in BLACK. MACHINE is available in most colors. Sorry... no white, gold or silver. |
| Cash, Check, Money Order I can accept Visa/Mastercard through Paypal Online. (On credit card payments, a 3% charge will be added for using this service.) Addressing: Full payment for completed work is due on the pick-up or delivery date. If you shipped your package an invoice with balance due and self addressed envelope will be included in your return package. Your balance should include services and return shipping costs. Since packages are sealed before shipping. You will need to get shipping cost from your package and add it to balance due. VIP Customers: At the present time my payment request will remain the same, 1/2 up front. I am in good faith trusting that you will be honest and pay the remainder due once my work is completed. See more information on both the VIP page & order form. Invitation orders require a 50% deposit before ordering, with remainder due on pick up date. If invitations are drop shipped directly to customer, full payment is due before ordering. |
