Out of towners pay the same per invitation rates ($1.50 per Invitation, price includes your Inner & Outer envelopes). The only additional cost is for SHIPPING. Shipping costs vary due to the amount of envelopes.
To Get Started: 1. Complete your Guest List. -Your list should include your guests names as you wish for them to appear. (Any Additions or Changes can be emailed.) Mr. and Mrs. James Harrison 123 Nowhere Road Anytown, USA 12345
2. Include special instructions for inner envelopes. -Mr. and Mrs. Harrison -James and Nancy -Grandma & Grandpa -Childrens Names (listed from oldest to youngest) -The Harrison Family -and Family -or for a single person: and Guest
3. Choose a Format. -Centered (Most Popular) -Lined up on the left -Staggered (each row graduating down)
4. Choose a Style. -Handwritten Calligraphy -Machine Calligraphy
5. *Select a Date. -The date you select should assure that you have atleast 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Holiday or Summer Weddings 8 weeks. -You will also need time to stuff, seal & stamp your invitations. (I provide this service at an additional cost of .50 per Invitation with you providing the stamps) -I need 3 days per 100 Invitations -Remember shipping time (2-3 days each way) *EXAMPLE: For mailing 100 Invitations 6 weeks prior to your wedding date you would need to ship your invites to me no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. This would leave me time to work (3 days), shipping time both ways (4-5 days) & 5 days for you to get ready to mail. Just add 3 more days for every extra 100.
Black is the standard etiquette ink color. Handwritten Calligraphy~Black ink only. Machine Addressing color matching available. No white, gold or silver. Shiny envelopes handwritten ink won't "soak in".

I will send you a return email upon arrival of the package. Once my work is complete, I will email you a return TRACKING # when the package is mailed back to you. I generally use USPS 2 Day priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you have a FedEx or UPS account # feel free to send return shipping label.
Return of your envelopes: -Inspect your envelopes for errors. (Envelopes are Double Checked for Accuracy Before Shipping. I will retain 5+ envelopes in case of errors. If you find errors, I will redo these at no extra charge to you including shipping.) -Check Statement. (Any additional charges added will be due to additions or changes made to your guest list by you.) -Send check for Balance Due. (This should include the remaining 1/2 of envelope cost plus, return shipping charges) - Full Payment is due upon receipt. -Checks or Money Orders Accepted. -Mastercard/Visa accepted through Paypal online.
